Curbside pick-up

Curbside pickup is a safe and easy option to pick up your order without ever having to leave your car! After receiving your order confirmation email, you’ll receive your “Ready for Pick Up” email alerting you that your order is ready.

Simply proceed to our Langley location and call us to let us know you’re here for your curbside pickup. An available sales associate will then bring your order to your car.

  • Your order will be available for pickup during business hours.

Can Someone Else Pick Up my Order?

Yes, once you receive your Ready for Pick Up notification, simply text us with your information along with the name of the person picking up. The person you designate must then bring the Confirmation or Ready for Pick Up email and a government-issued photo ID when picking up the order.

Returns and refunds

What is the Return and Exchange Policy?

Changed your mind? No problem!

Within 15 days from the date of purchase, with the receipt or email confirmation, you are welcome to return any unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) with the price ticket(s) still attached, to receive a full refund, subject to the applicable specifications below.

You will be refunded in the same manner in which your original purchase was made.

 The following items are excluded and cannot be refunded or exchanged:

  • Gift cards and gift receipts
  • Items marked as “Sale”

 Certificate of Origin

A Certificate of Origin (CO) is a document stating that goods exported in a shipment have been wholly obtained, produced, manufactured and/or processed in a particular country. Each of our products is made in Peru, so you know you're getting an authentic artisan-made product.
